Does your POP UP system include delivery?
Yes, to the Perth Western Australia metropolitan area. The contract price also includes collection of the unit after your event.
Is the POP UP available outside of Perth?
Not yet, however we are currently looking for agents to service the East Coast.
Who ownes the hardware?
All POP UP hardware belongs to KNUCKLES, however whilst it is under your control, you should insure that your insurances, including public liability covers the POP UP system.
Can you manage my social media?
Yes, but only if we have complete control. This is to ensure that there is no promotions conflicts that may interfere with results. It's all or nothing.
What is your website turn-around times?
We can generally have you online within a week after we have design sign-off and approval to proceed (including storyboard).
When will your food division be up and running?
We are close.
What is your company ownership structure?
We are 100% Australian owned and operated.
Are there any extra's to the prices that you have quoted on this site?
It is sometimes difficult to quote standard prices for work that can have numerous variables. Where we see that there are likely to be additional costs, we will notify you of these either during the quotation stage or well before they are expected to surface. All our invoices will include line items that you are aware of. You will not see surprise or creep items listed on our invoices.
Can I setup a trading account?
We are NOT credit providers, so until a trading history has been established, all our invoices need to be settled in full before any goods or services are provided.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Once a trading history has been established, PO's will only be accepted on a 7 day nett account (not 30, not 60). If your organisation cannot settle a 7 day nett account, then unfortunately you will be limited to a full payment prior to the delivery of goods or services.
