LICENSE

Our website grants you two possible types of license to use the web templates and other products (the "products") sold through our website by independent content providers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company, as follows:

a) TIME USAGE LICENSE You may purchase a “subscription” Time Usage License in case of purchasing any of the KNUCKLES Advertising network software products. It enables you to use each individual product on a single media PC. You may distribute the same content over multiple display screens within your site only. Your site is defined as one physical location. You have to purchase the same software again if you want to use the same software in connection with another physical site.

b)EVALUATION LICENSE An evaluation license enables t\you to test our products for a period not exceeding 30 days. KNUCKLES Advertising Network will issue an appropriate product time limited license. You are not permitted to use this software in a commercial environment except for the purpose of evaluating the appropriateness of our software to your environment.

IMAGERY, RESOURCES AND FONTS

All imagery, resources and fonts used in our products are the integral part of our products. You are not permitted to re-distribute or re-use these images, resources and fonts for any other purpose except for usage within the KNUCKLES Advertising Network products. Distribution, re-transmission, or usage outside of the KNUCKLES Advertising Network products of all supplied imagery, resources and fonts is strictly prohibited.

MODIFICATIONS

You are not authorized to make modification(s) to our products. You are however authorised to modify the user variable areas provided that you do not contravene the relevant local advertising standards and laws.

UNAUTHORIZED USE

If you have not received a current license file, you shall not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

ASSIGNABILITY

You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from our company.

OUR REFUND POLICY

Since our website is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped/installed, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site. Please make sure that you've completed appropriate due diligence of our products. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

INSTALLATIONS

We recommend installation technicians. Unless specified and invoiced, we do not install any of our products. Installation is a paid service.

We may use or recommend third parties to provide certain services. We do not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as these. If any such terms or policies conflict with our terms, agreements or policies, you must comply with those of our website.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
